We had a wonderful stay and would stay again.
Our room was spotless, spacious and well decorated. The staff were also extremely friendly and we had a magnificent view of the Thames and London Eye from our window. There was also a wide choice for breakfast and everything was cooked and presented perfectly, it was delicious.
General areas like reception and the bar area could do with a slight update but that’s me being very petty if I had to point something out as the hotel is in very good condition just slightly slightly dated.

As usual, a very pleasant stay.
A comfortable hotel with excellent staff.
We were originally offered a room with a window opening onto a ventilation shaft. Thankfully, after some persuasion,we were moved to an excellent room with a view of the South Bank.

Superrior location, genius loci of the whole building what we enjoyed
Chaotic check in, we had to change room (standard room is directed to the yard where is ugly and noisy technics), breakfast is far from stars.
